Ellen Grill is the Broker/Owner of Lynes Realty and Development Company, with more than 20 years of experience in Savannah’s real estate market. As the fourth-generation Realtor in her family’s business, Ellen specializes in residential real estate, investment properties, and property management in Savannah and the surrounding Coastal Georgia area.

As a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Ellen provides expert guidance to property owners, investors, and homebuyers seeking professional real estate and property management services in Savannah, GA. Her experience includes buying, selling, leasing, and managing residential properties, making her a trusted resource for both homeowners and real estate investors.

Jan Lynes is an Associate Broker with Lynes Realty and Development Company, bringing decades of experience to the Savannah real estate market since earning her license in 1976. Her long-standing career reflects a deep commitment to helping clients successfully navigate buying, selling, and renting homes throughout Savannah and the surrounding areas.
