Ellen Grill is the Broker/Owner of Lynes Realty and Development Company and a fourth-generation Realtor with more than 20 years of experience serving Savannah and Coastal Georgia. She specializes in residential real estate, investment properties, and property management, providing trusted guidance to buyers, sellers, property owners, and investors.

As a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Ellen combines extensive local market knowledge with professional expertise. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Savannah Area Realtors, and IREM, and remains actively involved in the Savannah community.

Ellen lives on Isle of Hope with her husband and their two children and enjoys tennis, boating, and spending time with her family.

Jan Lynes is an Associate Broker with Lynes Realty and Development Company, bringing decades of experience to the Savannah real estate market since earning her license in 1976. Her long-standing career reflects a deep commitment to helping clients successfully navigate buying, selling, and renting homes throughout Savannah and the surrounding areas.

Jan is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and she holds the designation of Senior Real Estate Specialist. Known for her dedication and compassion, Jan takes pride in truly understanding her clients’ needs and guiding them with care, clear communication, and attention to detail.

A lifelong resident of Savannah, Jan offers invaluable local knowledge and insight, helping clients find the right home and make confident real estate decisions. She and her husband live on Wilmington Island.

Jessica Burford is a licensed Georgia Realtor with over 15 years of experience in property management and leasing. As a Leasing Agent at Lynes Realty, she manages the leasing process from start to finish, providing a seamless experience for both property owners and tenants.

Jessica is passionate about helping people find the right place to call home, and known for her clear communication, responsiveness, and client-focused approach. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and playing tennis.

Rachel is a Sales Agent and Client Relations Coordinator with Lynes Realty, supporting both sales and property management operations. With over 15 years of client-facing experience, she is known for her approachable style, strong communication, and detail-oriented, solutions-driven approach to serving property owners and tenants.

Originally from Southeast Georgia, Rachel returned to the Savannah area to raise her daughter and now lives on Wilmington Island. She is a member of the Savannah Area REALTORS® and is actively growing her sales presence while supporting leasing, maintenance coordination, and day-to-day client services.
