As Principal Broker of Lynes Realty and Development Company, Jan received her License in 1976. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and a Senior Real Estate Specialist. Jan’s dedication and compassion has been an important factor in Real Estate, helping her to not only communicate with her clients, but understand their needs and meet expectations.

Having lived in Savannah all her life, Jan knows the area well and is confident in helping her clients find the best home for their needs, whether buying, selling or renting. She and her husband live on Wilmington Island.

Ellen Grill, CPM

Associate Broker
As an Associate Broker with over 12 years experience in Savannah’s market, Ellen lists, sells and manages real estate as a the fourth-generation Realtor in her family’s business. She is also a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

As a native Savannahian, Ellen moved back to Georgia after receiving her bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of South Carolina. She is a member of National Association of Realtors, the Savannah Board of Realtors, and the Institute of Real Estate Management. Over the years, Ellen has been an active volunteer in Savannah and Coastal Georgia, supporting numerous local organizations. She and her husband reside on Isle of Hope with their two children.
